About Us

Allegheny Mindfulness was created by professionals in the mental health field with the intent to share the benefits of mindfulness practices with the community. We offer trainings and workshops to both individuals and organizations.

Mindfulness training can transform how you relate to life’s stressors and the difficult situations anyone can expect to encounter on life’s journey.

Our classes provide the foundational education and strategies to engage in an authentic mindfulness practice. We emphasize the practicality of mindfulness in today’s modern lifestyle.
