Julie is a licensed psychologist with 40 years of clinical experience. She trained in mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) in 1999 under the supervision of Jon Kabat-Zinn, the founder of MBSR.
Licensed Professional Counselor
Amanda received her professional education at Penn State University in counseling and psychology. She has been incorporating mindfulness based principles into her clinical practice for 13 years.
Licensed Social Worker
Courtney has been practicing in the mental health field locally for 13 years. She received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. She has been using mindfulness principles in her school-based therapy practice.
